the room was comfortable and clean. It needs a lot of touch up repairs. Unbelievably we did not here the club music inside our room.
Negatives:
Its behind a strip club! The grounds were filthy, trash everywhere. There was a bum living beside the fence right next to were I parked the first night. The second night the strip club was so full we almost didnt find parking. It seemed like couples were barely dressed hanging out in the parking lot.

Positives:
Staff is very nice. My air conditioner went out at about 10 pm... . The staff quickly issued me a key to the clean room next door and I was able to change rooms immediately. The on site maintenance crew changed the unit to that room the very next morning. They are obviously working daily to make property improvements.
Negatives:
Daytona Beach is a drug- ridden area, and this is motel 6. I chose them because I travel with a pit-mix that other places blindly refuse. Be prepared that the activities around include bars/clubs and plenty of police activity. I was not afraid for my safety at any time, just annoyed with the riff Raff .

I liked that the bed was clean, I loved that the room came with a fridge and a microwave, I also thought the table and seating area was nice.

I didn’t like that the staff kept constantly knocking at my door. I didn’t like that around 2 am strangers were trying to break into my room.

Clean the rooms better and if it's a stay over staff still need to ask if they need anything and it towels are outside by door that's means replace them not track cart down just to get replacements towels
