Disappointing
Positives:
Location was excellent next St. Thomas Law School and Convention Center for graduation.
Negatives:
There was no air condition and we were not told of this until our arrival. We were told to open the windows if it got hot.
Our rooms were not replenished daily with towels and ammenties, They were not cleaned. We had to ask for new towels for 3 straight days.
We were not told of the $100.00 deposit each night prior to our arrival.

Close to downtown; convenient, quiet, clean.
Negatives:
The faucet in the bathroom leaked, the shower did not work well, the makeup mirror did not light up, and one TV didn't work, although we found out after we pulled some furniture out that it was just unplugged.

Positives:
Good location. Quiet room as requested. Pleasant staff
Negatives:
Overheated. Room was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open a few inches that safety bars allowed. I was there three days and it was never cool enough for sleeping. Staff explained they could not turn on the air conditioning until a specified date. This is ridiculous.
The bathroom mirror light was broken. Only light available was a desk lamp.

They switched my room and informed me they would be sold out on Saturday even though I was checking in on Friday. I called the corporate office and nothing was done and they weren't able to assist me with resolving the issue.
