The location was convenient

The maintenance staff stole from the room and the front desk did nothing about it, accusing us of losing items that were never taken out of the room. There was mold in the sink, the towels had holes, absolute scam all around for price and rating.

The Room was stuffy . AC fan would not remain in On status . It would switch to Auto and shutdown instantaneously. Room was very hot making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bath tub water was not clearing properly. The water in the shower was cold.

We paid for the premier deluxe double room, larger square footage/great views. We ended up in one of their smallest double rooms on the backside of the hotel. Weve stayed here before, knew what we were paying extra for, and were very disappointed.

Location is convenient to Symphony Hall where we were attending the Christmas Pops, also right across from Prudential Center and very close to Copley Square.

There is no valet parking and it is $65 to self park (though the garage is attached to the hotel and you do not need to go back outside).

Very clean, convenient, comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Ive stayed here at two different times and both times the hotel was quite nice. The rooftop is also great in the summer.
