Positives:
It was terrible! Room says non-smoking but when I opened the door the cigarette smoke was so strong even if it’s a non-smoking room. Staff transferred me to another room and said it’s their premium room. I asked for another towel since my reservation was for 3 people but he gave me a torn and worn out towel. I took a photo of the towel. The bed sheets and pillow cases smelled awful like they were not washed properly. The second queen bed had dirty sheet. I took a photo and showed it to the staff. He said they don’t have any extra bed sheet to give me. I asked for at least clean towels for me to sleep on but he said they don’t give extra towels. I asked him to reach out to his supervisor to help him handle the situation but he said the supervisor was already sleeping and didn’t want to bother him/her.

The scenery was nice enough and it was located near a gas station/convenience store.

I was booked for a five day, four night stay with two other people besides myself. The room was not ready when we arrived - although we were an hour early - and it seemed like they weren't expecting us. The amenities listed available such as a microwave and a bathtub were not available. The key card readers for the entrance to the hotel did not work, most side doors were unlocked all night.

Under construction , refused to refund me after check in due to their 10 min rule, which is about how long it took to park, gather my things, locate my room using incorrect directions and open door to room. Trash in the hall, vibrations from the laundry room beneath made the entire room shake. Rude staff member.

I like that nobody was in my part of the hotel due to the construction.
Negatives:
Due to ongoing construction, the hotel emitted a strong odor of glue. Inside the room, only a few outlets were functional, and it took approximately 15 minutes for the hot water to reach a suitable temperature. The bed had significant indentations in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and there was no room service available, necessitating the use of a small towel throughout my stay.
