Pet Policy: Domestic pets are allowed in vehicles, and they must be crated while riding. Service animals that accompany customers with disabilities do not need to be in a carrier. Proper care must be taken to ensure that vehicles are returned clean and free of pet hair. Excessive pet hair or soiling caused by animals will result in an extra cleaning charge.
Please note: While this is their company pet policy, there have been reports of some individual locations not complying with Alamo's corporate pet policy. Please make sure to call the individual location to confirm.
