Bathroom and one of the beds smelled strongly of cigarette smoke making showering unpleasant and ruining a night's sleep.

The staff attempted to resolve our complaint and were very understanding about our issue
Negatives:
The room smelled extremely strongly of rotten fish. We reported this immediately to the reception who sent someone up. Despite him spraying it and flushing a cleaning substance down the drain, the smell persisted. It was so overpowering that it made us both feel sick. We again reported it and the reception assured us that we would be compensated, as they had no more space. I was then asked to complain through Booking.com for them to action this.
