The smell of deodorizer in the room was overwhelming - clearly covering up either smoke or pet odor.
Positives:
Easy to get to of freeway. Perfect stop on your way to San Francisco. Lots of food options nearby. Staff friendly. Buffet breakfast included. Super comfy bed. Loved the little cats.
Negatives:
Sound proofing between rooms not great especially when do many guests seem to get up early. Trucks pull up outside front of room at night. Sound of traffic can be heard but not too badly. Bathroom dated.

Wonderful and hospitable employees! The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was simply a delight - eggs, gravy and waffles helped make the morning good! There was a wonderful, kind girl who worked at breakfast and helped us, thanks to her!

A quiet harbor
Positives:
convenient to the carrooms were spacious and updatedstaff was friendly & professional

there was probably 20 cats on the property which were unnerving and should not be there

The king bed was comfortable and the room was nice and large.
Negatives:
There were a dozen or more stray cats including kittens hanging around the property and underfoot, one of which was sitting on the doorstep of our room and wasnt leaving anytime soon. The cats are being regularly fed outside by someone and are so numerous they are likely to attract predators. Doesnt seem like a wise health practice but on the upside there wont be any mice around.

I cant believe Im saying this about a best western, but the beds and pillows here were amongst some the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. Much more comfortable than more expensive hotels.

Amazing to stay.
Positives:
We have stayed at this hotel several times and its great every time. Its spotless and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff are always so kind and accommodating. Its an excellent location too.
Negatives:
Literally the only complaint I have about this hotel is there are very few outlets by the beds. Between my husbands cpap machine and all the devices we charge-phones and Apple Watches, we usually have to unplug something to accommodate.
But other than that, this hotel is perfect!
