Convenient to airport. Friendly staff even at late check in following midnite landing. Room cute, clean, bed comfortable, shower ok.

Urine on stairway, rat traps in the outside hall, caught a giant cockroach as he crawled across yhe floor but never saw another.

As soon as we got to the hotel, we were greeted properly. The gentleman that took care of us was very kind, very thoughtful explained the area to us, the closest restaurants, very pleasant, even though we went in very upset of the situation that happened

I had to keep asking for room service. Also found stains and hair on their clean towels. Also didn't get my full refund back for i don't even know and no receipt at the end of my stay also didn'texplain why i didn't get my full refund back.

When I reserved the hotel, I was told this was a 3.5 star hotel. Compared to other 3.5 star hotels in the area, I was disappointed.

The entire staff from front office, to the food service preparer, to management walking around was friendly and welcoming. The room smelled clean and fresh towels were left for us daily. The hot breakfast was varied and delightful.

The reason for a 9/10 was we found a roach in the room. The door lead to the outside so he could have come in that way. Other than that everything was perfect.

I had ants in my room and my other room had spiders and the pool was closed and they end breakfast before the time to end
