Negatives:
Room had no hot water couldn't. Let the tub for almost 30 minutes never got hot. Barely lukewarm. Asked the lady at the front was told that the water gets shut off to empty rooms and she was not able to turn it on because she did not know how. Has to be switched to a different room she told me she could not do that either.
Pool room was dirty and smelled like mildew. Walked out did not feel water would be clean.

Negatives:
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast experience at your hotel. The excessive use of sugar in the menu, combined with the use of styrofoam cups and plastic silverware, left me disappointed. In today's environmentally conscious world, I expected more sustainable choices. I encourage you to reconsider both the menu and the materials used to align with guest expectations and environmental responsibility.
