The location was close to the hockey arena
Negatives:
1. Bathroom had mold throughout the shower/ceiling.
2. Top sheet was dirty
3. The room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in the door.
4. When we turned on the heater more literally poured out and we had to turn it off immediately to stop coughing.
5. I woke up with an eye infection, which I do not get regularly, which must’ve been from the smoke or dirty bedding.
6. The breakfast that was included was truly repulsive to look at. The eggs were gray, and some of the bread had mould on it.
And all of the years I have been staying at hotels I have never complained even when a state isn’t desirable. This stay was horrendous.

during breakfast at a hotel, I encountered a situation where I almost unknowingly consumed a food that has pork due to the lack of ingredient information. This incident not only affected my dietary restrictions as a muslim but also highlighted the importance of having clear ingredient lists available, which could easily prevent such occurrences.

Far, too many kids in and out of the elevator, that kept the elevator from moving. Elevator wasn’t working very well, it wasn’t sure if the doors should shut or not. Also we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were out of order when booking the room! That could have changed where we stayed!
