Negatives: The rooms can definitely use better pillows, they felt a but flat. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing. They dont refill the dishes as often as they should leading to a long wait.

Negatives: When I checked in a staff not smiling or greeting. She may on training but I think the behavior is the most important.

Negatives: Nothing, was a awesome stay!

Negatives: No bathtub, nor enough clothes storage, no freezer in fridge 7

Negatives: Unfortunately, the AC unit in our room did not work when we arrived. We spoke with the girl at the front desk who came right away to see what the issue was. But realized that there was an error code on the unit and was unable to fix it for us. She was very helpful in getting us set up in a different room, but we had booked a king accessible room and the only available room left was a regular king-sized room. This new room would not work for us as we have a 2-year-old with us in a travel bed which would not have fix in the new room as it was much smaller in size. We decided to stay in the room we booked and she did provide us a fan to use. The first breakfast on Thanksgiving Sunday was disappointing as many items were completely out and had nothing else to replace the eggs with (only hard-boiled eggs which my wife said didn't taste good and with an hour left still to eat), plates and forks had run out. Pancake mix ran out, the milk for cereal was warm and did not taste good anymore, and no one seemed to be around to replace items. There was one girl we seen a few times replacing items if someone asked her, but she seem miserable and didn't appear to want to be at work. I felt a discount or something would have been nice to have been offered because our room wasn't 100% satisfactory, but nothing was offered. The manager upon checking me out said the next time I am in town to call him and he would offer me a better price when booking again. Can't say that this would be my first place to book again if traveling through the city. Water pressure was not the best either and took a while for the water to get hot. Omelet eggs were cold on our second day, but they had eggs other than hard boiled, the coffee was very bitter and strong and full of coffee grounds and the lineup for the pancakes was very long (need a second pancake maker).
