Negatives: The body wash and shampoo mounted on the wall were empty. I had to use the body wash mounted by the wash hand basin to bathe.

Negatives: Hotel needs lots of work done to it. Bath was dirty and had paint peeling on the inside, shower changed temperatures from freezing cold to boiling hot mid shower. Non smoking room that stunk of cigarettes. Air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet. Rooms are not sound proofed well, we heard our neighbours tv all night. Would not recommend.

Negatives: The pool water was very cold but I understand that they had just cleaned it out. My shower made an annoying squeaky sound when the water came out. Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty or didn’t work. I also had several problems with my key card for room 219. I had to get it reset at the desk. The room door seemed to need maintenance because it was hard to open and close. Lastly, the room phone had a flashing message light that would not stop - I called the front desk to ask for my messages but was told that there was a problem with the phones. I had to cover the phone so the light would not bother me. I noticed that many of the rooms’ outside windows were very dusty and dirty as you walk along the hallway to the rooms on second floor.

Negatives: Television didn't work easily. Staff had to fix it on day 2 and I couldn't shut it off. Impossible to turn on!!!Old motel....carpet and walls in hallways needed a cleaning. Very worn out. No muffins for breakfast. Telephone message light blinked red all the time. They couldn't fix it. Heating and cooling fan wasn't user friendly and I couldn't operate it. One of the knobs was broken off.

Negatives: Bedrooms and bathrooms are outdated and it was really hot at night. It felt very muggy
