Positives:
Breakfast offerings was a bit above many other similar hotels, including in the US - good variety of choices. Bold coffee was deeply appreciated. Average room but with mini fridge and microwave oven discreetly tucked away. Comfy bed and the window slid open enough to enjoy some much needed real air. This hotel is also placed well, within easy reach of the main road through town, and with a varied selection of restaurants, lounges and stores nearby. Good value generally.
Negatives:
The down side was the continued use of paper and plastic cups for beverages, including the good Keurig machine. Similarly, the plastic eating utensils provided at breakfast etc were not always the easiest to use, as they were not very sturdy.

Negatives:
The bedding is cheap and it shows. The toiletries are cheap. The pool area and hot tub were dirty. You could see the scum lines on the hot tub each day. The room felt dirty as soon as you walked in. The smell was odd, I wipes down all surfaces before putting my stuff down. The wipes were dirty after. The bathroom was dirty, mould in the shower, dirty shower curtain. Towels smelt old, it was just pretty gross.
