Positives:
The transfer to and from the airport was excellent. The only excellent part of the experience. The room was adequate at best, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor was not really clean. I initially thought the shower was not working because when I turned on the taps nothing happened for several seconds before the water started to flow
, then it was difficult to regulate the temperate.
When I checked in with weather unfriendly staff I was told that no breakfast was included in the price, however when checking out the next morning I was told that if the booking had been made in advance a hot breakfast was included but then got a cold bag breakfast after noticing this was being given to other customers at the hotel.
Negatives:
After a very long flight I liked the clean comfortable bed.
However the dislikes far exceeded the likes. I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and could not believe that this hotel was part of the Wyndham chain of hotels as the quality and overall experience of staying here did not come close to what I expected. I will never stay in this hotel again but will continue to stay at other Wyndham properties.

it was advertised as having a buffet breakfast and there were several posters throughout the building promoting the buffet breakfast.
When i checked in, I asked and was assured it was available starting at 6;30 the following morning.
THERE IS NO BUFFET BREAKFAST AT THIS HOTEL !!!!

They said that the EV charger doesn’t work anymore so we weren’t able to charge our car.

The bathroom was very impressive in size and cleanliness.
Negatives:
My room smelt of cigarettes from someone before and lasted the two nights of my trip which impacted how comfortable I felt in the room. Additionally, I could not find a cord for the fridge to keep some of my food items cold and I didn’t know why it was unplugged in the first place.

Everything was clean, the bathroom was amazing with a soaker tub, fresh coffee was waiting for us, it smelled fresh, the staff was great, and the shuttle service was very convenient as it started at 4:00AM!! Thanks guys!
