The broken AC for the whole unit which interrupted a good rest. The staff suggested to leave the small window opened during the stay which didn't help, instead it was loud from the planes that taking off and landing all the time.

It has a shuttle to and from the airport. We phoned for the shuttle when we arrived in Vancouver but the shuttle was not running at the time so we were told to take a taxi. We were reimbursed for the r taxi fare.

There was no restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was not included.

Great location minutes from Vancouver...
Positives:
My flew in Vancouver airport after midnight, and free shuttle service was already finished. But they reimbursed me for my taxi right away with cash! The front desk gentleman was very professional and polite. Great service! Bed was very comfortable, overall pleasant stay

It’s close the airport, so expect some noise from planes.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The AC does not work like a normal unit. Temperature never got to desired level. We switched rooms and it was the exact same. Staff said they have an eco AC system. I guess that means you can’t change the temperature past a certain point of their choosing. The bathroom fans also will not stay on and are not working correctly.
