The hotel is walking distance to the water and shopping. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Great customer service.

The hotel is on the older side. I would have liked a bigger TV for the size of the room and the ac is a window unit that could use a cleaning. Didn't like Paying nightly for parking but I think most hotels in the area charge for parking.

Carpets need more than just vacuuming, and windows need cleaning on outside. Rooms are a little small.

Almost everything. Really comfortable bed and awesome location. Loved all the activity at the pub in the lobby.

The only complaint is about window isolation, since there was a lot of street noise.

Great location, lots of affordable parking, ocean view, comfortable bed, exceptional staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. We appreciated the breakfast included which was a hearty breakfast of our choice with table service, not just a continental buffet. It was great and excellent value. We will stay here again!!
