Most of the staff were wonderful but we encountered one in particular at the front desk who was quite rude and not willing to assist or accommodate. We were traveling with children with anxiety issues and wanted to be on a lower floor and access the stairs to make their stay comfortable. It was a simple request that
she was totally unwilling to help with. We ended up having to get the manager involved. It was unnecessary and frustrating.

We had to pay for the parking which was not mentioned and we had to pay fees for another person even if it was a double Queen room.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room was lovely and right in the centre of town. Breakfast was amazing. There was no noise and everything was within easy reach.
