I like everything about this property - the ambiance, the staff, both resaurants, the room, - everything made for a very pleasant stay. If I'm ever in Victoria BC, this is the location I'll book for my stay! Good job.

Problems with the billing. Emplyees gave information at checkin that did not match the checkout information. While checking we asked if the invoice could be printed in the companies name and they said that we could do it when checking out. At check out they said it was not possible to do it even thou the hotel was already paid on the companies card. All in all costumer service related to billing was a mess
