Between Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at 3am and Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Late hours for the pool helpful for busy kids. Location was excellent-- we were able to walk everywhere and see everything. Having 2 restaurants on site was fantastic, and having an adult only lounge let us get away from our kids!

Negatives: Parking was tight. But we have a big car. A normal car like a sedan would have been fine.
