Negatives:
The pool had no security, anybody off the street could come into the pool area. the change rooms were right there, so taking a shower anycome could come and enter. when we mentioned t his to the front desk that this was a bit odd, because all other hotels, condos we stay in have security - they said "we might have missed it, but is there". That was insulting because the entire day in the early afternoon and the evening, there was no security and the doors were wide open.

Very well run hotel, with very helpful & friendly staff. Great pool & hottubs, which get pretty busy during peak times.
Local shuttle, Ski valet, restaurant, sports bar & sushi place all on-site were great.
So was the proximity to the lifts, and the hot bath to soak in when needed.
Negatives:
King bed had bit of a dip on one side, the side most singles would use. It should have been turned end to end more often during its life.
