Perfect for what we needed
Positives:
I got a upgraded room on arrival, was very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. Foldout sofa was perfect for late night TV. The bed itself was excellent.
Negatives:
It wasn't well signed on where the check in door and desk were. As it has more than one building, I stood at the wrong door wondering how to get in. I then walked around the whole building, only noticing after doing thst, that there was a second building across the street with the same name.

No instructions in the room for any of the appliances. Housekeeping service was very hit and miss - one day my bed was made but the bathroom wasn’t done, the next day the bathroom was done but the bed not made!

The location was great, and the room size was fine too but the extra sofa bed was not very comfortable. It was not one pull-out sofa bed, but having two sections in it made it uncomfortable to sleep on.
Negatives:
The comfort of the extra sofa bed. Rest well, including the cutlery and plates provided in the room. It was super helpful to have the cooking range, microwave, and toaster.
