It was what we needed for a one night stay
Positives:
The GM went above and beyond to accommodate, my father was close to passing away,, i needed to get to his bed side,, a taxi would have been 20 minutes wait,, the GM personally drove me to my father,, , he had a great personality, greeted us with a smile, made my stay less stressful under my circumstances
Negatives:
The night clerk, lacked a nice attitude, not greeting the customers, on his cellphone with one earbud in, not good at customer service,,

The breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, although we did find chip crumbs on the floor. Maybe not a thorough vacuuming was done? Bathroom was spotless. We stayed only one night while we travelled from one point to another, so only used the room and the breakfast. It was convenient to find from the highway.

Positives:
I liked the ground floor room which allowed for direct access to my parked vehicle. I also liked that the A/C was on in the room when I arrived (many hotels leave it off, and so it takes hours to become comfortable on warm/hot days).
Negatives:
The new policy of only servicing rooms once every 3 days is gross. I had take-out food in my room my first two nights. By the time I left 2 days later, my room garbage cans were stinking. Also, I had to use every towel in the room as the used ones did not have time to dry.
