Very old and smelly facilities and room.
Dirty room floor with bugs and dirty towels when arrive there. Staff not at front desk when wanted to advise of this nor for checkout. Did not reply to email.

We were heading there just behind tropical storm Lee. Got a call asking if we were still coming since there was a storm
Positives:
Breakfast was ok, nice that it was complimentary.
Negatives:
Hard to see location from highway,, signage too small to see from highway and found the motel but had to ask another guest in the parking lot where to find the front desk to check in. He said he had the same problem the time he checked in there, too.

We were returning from a vacation and liked the location off the highway. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very courteous. Murrays restaurant they recommended for supper was close by, as well as the truck stop.
Negatives:
The breakfast menu could have been better. The coffee needs to be improved.. All the cereals offered were sugared. There was no yogourt. The hardboiled eggs were a nice touch but they were in hot water to stay warm and the yolks turned grey. Edible but not visually appealing.

The bathroom had mold in it and there was a leak that dripped from the ceiling. The lock on the main door to the room didnt work.
Our kids were happy there was a pool, but it did not feel clean. There is old carpet around the pool.
