The heating and cooling unit was broken so it was a sauna the entire stay we couldn't sleep we left feeling nauseous and a headache. maintenance informed us that the unit was on the list to be fixed in a couple days they did not suggest to move or compens

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Its very close to all hospitals which is why I was there. Staff are very friendly. The Cannery restaurant serves excellent food. I truly have no complaints about this hotel

They did not considered us for spending an extra night due to weather conditions, we are from a different province and we were not planning to stay more time, it was an unexpected expense. I dont like they charge extra for parking
