This was my worst experience in any motel or hotel.
Negatives:
Do not stay in this motel, especially if you have a pet. They informed me when I was checking in that the Pet fee was just increased to $45. No mention of this on booking.com, they blamed the problem on booking.com . There was no manager on site to talk to at check in time or the following morning about the issues. The front desk staff did not take any responsibility or offer any resolutions. There were several kids running up and down the hall until Midnight playing soccer. No one would answer the phone at the front desk. I walked down to complain and they said "Are they still doing that?" I informed at booking that I was booking with a pet. The only entrance available was through the lobby with at least 100m walk to the room with kennel etc.

Nothing really, it was pretty decent. The property doesn’t didn’t have any lifts/elevators but it was only one floor so it was okay.

The staff were extremely helpful.
Negatives:
My co-traveller's room was not cleaned the entire 5 days of our stay.
Both rooms had leaky windows with pooling water on top of the heating system. We were told not to worry about it, and no offer was made to clean it up. The pooling water was a potentially serious electrical hazard.
Two seniors with mobility issues were put on the 2nd floor, and there were no elevators.
