Positives:
The location is good, close to everything I needed. The place is surprisingly very clean. I happened to catch a glimpse of girls cleaning the room and gosh they were working hard and cleaning every bit. There’s also a fridge and microwave in the room which is always a plus.
Negatives:
The place is run down and definitely could use some renovations like new doors, ripping out old bathrooms, a little TLC on exterior. WIFI is none existent. Water pipes occasionally are making very loud noises.

The room smelled musty and while I’m sure the housecleaning was done, the cracked tiles in the bathroom, poor paint job and old pilled fleece blanket and out dated furniture and dirty outdoor chair as the desk chair made the room feel not clean.

Pizza from the attached shop was great.
Negatives:
Painted over mold in spots on walls and ceiling, fixtures were covered with dust and/or rust. There was what appeared to be semen stains on the lounger. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Shower would suddenly shut off cold water and near scald you for 20 seconds randomly at any point….I could go on.
