Negatives: 1. The room heating has limitations, max heat setting is 25 degrees. The room temperature can never go above that. If you need a super warm night, you are not going to get it. I was having a bit cold, it got worse because of this. 2. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is very noisy, when I use the bathroom at night, I was worried, my neighbors might be able to hear the fan noise.

Negatives: shampoo position where to mount is little bit high. the bottles are small. the pump is too norrow to squeeze conditioner out. also you can't see in side of bottle. so you don't know if the conditoner is empty or just pump blocked. the lady who works in the kitchen and serve breakfast. she's not friendly and not meet server standards.
