The staff were great.
We were given breakfast the next day for our inconvenience, which was lovely.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
When we arrived at 3:50 our room was not ready. Check in is 3!
The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic, he took our stuff to storage. We had to leave right away for a hockey game in Waterloo.
When we got into our room there was one glass, when I called down for more they brought us paper cups, not nice for a glass of wine.
It appears they have some housekeeping issues.

Positives:
Pleasant staff and a comfortable room. Not too much more you could ask for...... except a warm cookie on the way in. What a nice way to start your stay. I would definitely stay here again
Negatives:
Check out is at noon which is great except for the cleaning staff knocking twice and then coming in my room at 10:00 a.m. which normally wouldn't bother me but we were at a birthday party the night before that went till 5:00 a.m. and I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before hitting the road.
