Positives:
The price, guy at check in was nice, didn't need security deposit, room was updated with new things and fairly comfy, lots of plug-ins, was nice to have a single serve coffee maker (and water bottles) and TEA bags as I don't drink coffee!
Negatives:
Had to ring and wait for the guy to come let me in to check in. For being upgraded, they didn't have the table and 2 chairs only a long desk with 1 chair, wasted space where there COULD be one, no hairdryer, took out the bathroom fan (gaping hole there now) so needed to open door when getting dressed to let out the steam, strong chlorine smell from water, high beds (sorry I'm short...), and pillows very soft. Tv is weird I couldn't figure it out but my son eventually did, can't turn on/off by remote and TV settings went weird but eventually figured out how to get it on and use the cable.

Room was very clean. TV had a great selection of free channels.
Negatives:
Although continental breakfast was advertised, there was none. The lock to my room was a bit finicky, sometimes the door wouldn't unlock with the card, sometimes it wouldn't lock when I closed the door and had to close the door 3-4 times before it locked.

Positives:
I had an excellent stay at the Knights Inn Lindsay! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating; I was even able to stay an extra night in the same room.
The next time I'm back in the area, I will stay there again.
I would also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice motel in the Lindsay area

Location was ok! Rooms were horrible as there was paint falling off the walls. Bathroom shower curtains were filthy and ceilings were falling down. Taps were not attached to faucets

Beds could be better. Rooms could be cleaner and better renovations need to be done. Staff could be more readily available
