Room was large and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable! Pool a nice bonus- it was warm and hot tub was hot! Breakfast was the best Ive ever had for free.

Positives:
We select hotels like because they have rooms with CLOSING doors that separate them from the living area with a sofa bed, and full kitchens to boot. The pool was open until 11:00 PM, and they did not kick you out right at 11:00 PM, which I appreciated. They also have a hot tub -- a relative rarity in hotels nowadays.
Negatives:
The satellite/cable TV reception was mostly terrible for whatever reason, and the breakfast on weekdays and weekends ends much too early compared with other hotels of this type. The benefits of this hotel, though, far outweigh these minor negatives.

Everything business travellers need (or want) at a great price!
Positives:
All staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast staff was so cheery @ 06:30! The suite was quiet, clean and well equipped for our group of 4. It is convenient and close to YYZ airport and offers complimentary shuttle service. The driver was prompt and courteous. I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure travellers.

Our whole experience from beginning to end was chaotic. When we arrived to check , construction debris and dust was all around. No pool as facilities were under construction when no notice was given. The breakfast area was closed, having to take all our food up the stairs as the elevator wasnt working. Early morning when asleep the fire alarm was set off in our room causing panic. Too loud and distressing. Our vehicle was stolen the first night we were there, we asked to meet with the general manager, the manager told us he was busy with construction he will make time time to meet up with us which never happened. A month has passed and after sending emails, we still have not heard from them. We also discovered that they dont have any cameras or cctv around their premises even with 2 hotels beside each other which are owned by the same group, which I find very suspicious. No security either. Very disappointed I would not recommend staying here at all.
