Reception were friendly and efficient. The dining area itself was comfortable and bright. Room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was great and better than the shallow tubs some hotels offer. Public areas were clean and bright.was clean and bright.

The hot water at the reception area was lukewarm. At breakfast the eggs potatoes, and hot water were lukewarm. Hampton needs to find an alternative to plasticware.

Had a great breakfast that typically western style.
Had fruits yogurt even self-made waffle which is fresh. Room was very spacious , cozy and warm . Turn on heat which was very quiet and amenities good. 9:00pm check in had no problems even welcomed.

Thought near ottawa downtown. A little bit out of urban But it was ok.

Really liked the room : but disappointed that I didn't receive the 500 points offered by Hilton Honors because of reserving with Booking.com ;(
