Positives:
I like that the room is very clean but mostly I love the huge bathroom in the king size room. The overnight manager is very nice and friendly, and she was polite and super nice. We were chatting while I was checking in and she really made the hotel seem welcoming.
Negatives:
One thing I didn't like was thar the morning manager at the checkout desk who took over constantly has a sour look on her face and considering she is the first person anyone sees, I don't think that's very good for business. She just didn't seem to care when I was speaking with her, but she was rude or anything, it just seemed like she had resting mad face.

The location, great staff, room and bathroom was very clean , coffee was great and breakfast a few steps away
Negatives:
The mattress dipped in the middle, bathroom was small but adequate I did notice they were upgrading rooms while we were there and pool was redone.

- Microwave and medium sized fridge in room (nicer than mini fridges in other hotels)
- air conditioning worked well
- Pet friendly lower fee than most hotels ($10/night)
- Convenient location

- room smelled like decades-old smoke covered by - - Febreze even though it is labeled as non-smoking
- Bed was extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

Positives:
Friendly staff, clean facility. Rooms were good, not too small, clean, and comfortable.
Negatives:
I got a room close to the end (1st floor). It was not the hotel fault, but there were some people in the room beside mine, going to the room in front of mine and keep slamming the doors. Then the next morning lots of people started entering from the back door where my room was and everyone let the door go, so early we were awake.
Back door slamming, 2 rooms around mine slamming doors.
