The heater didn’t function properly. It was not comfortable, not clean. My dad got eye infections from the bed. Washroom and tub was hairy and not clean. Towels smelled so bad.

The heater/cooler unit in the room was noisy and kept "going off" every 5-10 min. Also, the fridge was "mild" temp when we arrived, not cold enough to cool drinks.

We were given a room amidst a noisy and loud crowd with loud voices, laughter and door bangings until past 12 midnight. This Inn has no quiet time and it took several attempts by the Manager to quiet them down and send them to their rooms to retire and stop the noise. It persisted for a few more
minutes after the Manager left. This Inn did not consider the needs of the other guests who wanted peace and quiet at those late hours. We are seniors in our 70s and do not understand why they would have put us in the same area as the noisy group. We will not stay at this Inn in future. Also the bathroom vent was so noisy we could not leave it on while using the toilet. We just had to leave the bathroom door open and not use the vent.
