Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Great breakfast and liked the outdoor bar on 4th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Great connections to transport links especially train to airport, very close to all the sights and attractions.

Due to allergies the room was immediately changed to a new room. Concierges were good and very helpful.
Negatives:
Returned to our room at approx. at 3:00 pm and it wasn't cleaned from the night before , and no offers of a complimentary coffee or drink while we waited for it to be cleaned. We had to change our plans for the evening. Was not very guest friendly!
