We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.

Whether for families or business...
Positives:
The location, the comfy bed and the beautiful room made the stay so great. The staff was so friendly and so considerate. The hotel was extremely busy when we arrived, probably there was a convention of some sorts. But we were processed in a timely matter and gave us a room away from the crowd. We will definitely come back here again! Another thing that I was quite surprised is the free coffee tasted so good when we made it in the morning.

It was extremely expensive. They charged me twice and have yet to reverse the charges. I have paid $2000 for two nights day and can’t be bothered to keep arguing with them on the phone. I will just never go there again.

It was really nice that they let me keep my luggage in the store room since I was in the city for a brief while only.

One of the concierge, couldn't get his name, was ever so condescending on the phone when I called to ask for some tea! Rude and unprofessional!
