Positives:
We arrived at the Broadview very early after a long and difficult journey. The front desk staff were wonderfully accommodating in arranging for an early check in. When we got to our room we were greeted by a welcoming note and a complementary fruit platter which was greatly appreciated. The staff, as usual, were all warm, welcoming and professional.

Positives:
Great location, right by a streetcar / tram stop.
Friendly staff and comfortable beds.
It was great that you could text the hotel directly with anything you needed.
Negatives:
The rooms weren’t cheap and felt a tiny bit “style over substance” for me.
It was missing little things like;
Proper mugs in the rooms
Spoons for the coffees
More counter space in the bathroom

Lighting switches were a bit awkward. The bathroom light switches were inside the bathroom by the sink where normally they would be by the door.

Loved the room, very cozy and clean and modern
Loved the location, easy to jump on the train and go anywhere
Loved the fact i could order room service or go downstairs when it was raining to have supper. they have the best cafe latte!

It was easy to hear people in the hallways and the doors close loudly so anytime someone was coming/going from their room, you can hear the loud bang. Also when anyone flush the toilet or walking around in the room above us.

Positives:
The location was excellent to reach the co-working space I had meetings in. Toronto is a big city with many restaurants and bars spread around. So depending on your preferences the location of a hotel can be good or not so passing. For me this hotel was in a good location with many good options outside. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bistro at the entrance level has delicious options. I loved my avocado toast. The room has all the amenities you may need and it's designed with comfort in focus. I enjoyed the style of the decoration as well. If you want to stay in the east side, just book this hotel without any hesitation. You'll love it.
Negatives:
Couldn't adjust the heating in the room. And the water bottle was always taken when cleaning the room, their water station in the hallway is great but when they take the bottle away, it becomes a bit difficult to stay hydrated :)

Positives:
The hotel was super close to the venue we were going to for a concert. That is why I chose it. I picked a “deluxe” king room with CITY VIEWS. The window was tiny and super high so we couldn’t see out of it. All we could see from afar was a crane. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Negatives:
Parking was “first come first serve” and there were few spots. It was down an alley filled with garbage totes and not close. ALL were taken anyways so I had to pay an absorbent amount to park in the public parking lot across the street.
There was an EXTRA $250 security deposit charged which is extremely high for an average hotel. No luggage racks for suitcases.
