Location was quite good, I had a car but using the local garage was much cheaper than using the hotel garage.
Negatives:
I was interrupted on the first night at about 9pm by maintenance who insisted on swapping out a table I had in the room. This was unacceptable behavior from a hotel. It was not urgent and if needed should have been done prior to me checking in or during normal daytime hours.

Really nice suite with full kitchen; lots of space and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. Coffee and continental breakfast was free and convenient to have in the lobby.
The concierge called taxis for me which made getting around town easier.
Negatives:
I didn’t know the property was being renovated and it was strange to get in an elevator covered in moving blankets. The breakfast area was tight - especially on Saturday morning- people were impatient and I gave up trying to get myself a coffee as people kept cutting the line.
I wish it was closer to downtown as travel by taxi was required & costly.

Overall, a great place
Positives:
Friendly staff, of a well situated hotel, just 3 metro stops away from Toronto downtown. It's located next to supermarkets and restaurants on Yonge street. Quiet, spacious rooms.
Negatives:
When I was there, the hotel went through reconstructions which caused some noise from time to time (during the day - not early in the morning or late in the evening). The breakfast could have been more diverse.
