The hotel was centrally located and close to where I had my activities planned. The hotel also offered to help keep our luggage when we checked out at 12 noon.
Negatives:
The fact that breakfast was not complimentary. I also requested for a late check out till 3 PM and that was also going to be charged as extra. I accepted to just have an extension of check out till 12 noon at no cost.

Nice and clean property. Big room. Close to Waterloo Public Square. 15-20 minutes walk to University of Waterloo campus. Staff is nice.

Only body lotion was available in bathroom. No other amenities like cotton bud, toothpaste/brush etc.
Buffet breakfast is useless. Don't take it.
