The breakfast was plentiful and tasty with some good hot options and lots of choice for breads, fruits, cereal, yogurt etc.
The front desk staff were ready to go above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed it.

The site, staff and room were all great. Early breakfast starting at 6:30 enabled us to get on our trip early.
Negatives:
Only problem was that there are no elevators and had to climb stairs to go back and forth from room. If I had known would have asked for ground floor room and I think that would have been great. So next time will do that.

The beds and pillows were absolutely the best I've slept on in a hotel

It was a little dated and a Ling walk to the room. The key card readers was very touchy and was hard to unlock

Bed with lots of pillows was very comfortable. Hot and cold breakfasts had a vriety of items to choose from that was good. The room was clean, fridge came in handy, quiet, did not hear the bridge traffic
Negatives:
The standing lamp did not work but really did not need it. The toilet seat was a bit too low with my knee problem. After flushing the toilet, needed to flick the handle to stop the water. Plus, found an ant in the bathroom.
