Exceptional hospitality! We received a call to our room after check in ensuring we were happy with our room and asking if there was anything else needed. A staff member offered to carry my parcels to my room after I'd been shopping at the market. We loved the complimentary wings, veggies and drinks upon arrival! The breakfast buffet offered some variety each day. The food was all very fresh, hot and cold options and very good.

the free laundry on site was wonderful...didn't have to take as much clothing and could wash them before leaving so you didn't have to return home to laundry. The room was serviced daily without asking. The staff did call to make sure everything was good or if they could do anything for me. Bed was super comfortable. Nice having the full kitchenette as well.
Negatives:
I would have liked to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom as the main mirror if too far away for makeup application.
I would have also been nice to have a little more of a mix up in breakfast options (different muffins, etc..)

Kind front desk staff. Cordial housekeepers, Rean and Nadiia. Great housekeeping by Jocelyn and Nadiia. Clean room and loo. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Close to Walmart and bus stops. Free laundry.
Negatives:
Loo could be better cleaned by Rean. A female front desk staff was a bit too much inquisitive about my frequent stays at this hotel.

So we had to pay CAD 2100 to much for the night we did not even stay there.
