The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great too, everything we needed was there. There was a TV, a fridge and a microwave in case we needed it. The continental breakfast was great too, there was someone for help just in case, the staff overall was nice and helpful.

The bed was good but not great. The pillows were decent too. The price is a bit high, but everything is more expensive than it was so not a big deal.

Booked a room at Confort Inn Kanata West for the Kiss concert scheduled at the Canadian Tire Center for Tuesday November 22nd 2023.
The initial room i booked was a king size suite with a connecting room. After check-in and for the three (3) following hours, the couple in the next room were fighing, loudly and would not stop and the situation became unbearable. I did notify the front desk who then changed my room. Once in the new appointed room, it was announced that the concert was cancelled due to an "illness in the band party". so it seems that i booked a room for no reason and i cannot leave to get back home as there is a snow storm mixed with freezing rain. What are my options now?
