it was snowing, non stop, the main entrance should be clear to walk in the hotel. The room did not have a place to hang long coats. The light in the bathroom is too dim. Male cannot see to shave and female cannot see to do their makeup.

The couches in the rooms on the 3rd floor were falling apart. I believe 306 and 309? Both king and double suites. The king sized beds were stiff as boards

I liked the location to the event I was attending. When I brought forward my concerns the staff were helpful and understanding.

It was quite outdated, the curtains had holes in them, there was mildew spots on the ceiling, and stains on the walls.
