Location was a little further East of Quartier des Spectacles than I expected, but that was only an issue if one is walking to events. Otherwise, the room, stay and full kitchen was more than I expected.

Fairly clean, spacious room and you have everything you need. Kitchen with microwave, utensils, pots etc. Location is good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some furnitures are ripped and outdated.
Occasional weed smell on the floor.
No cleaning service.
There may have been construction going on around our stay, woke up to drilling noise at 7-8 am.

Positives:
Everything needed to be “at home away from home” but close to downtown to experience the city like a tourist. The staff was extremely considerate and sensitive to my needs throughout the stay going above and beyond.

Probably can’t help the age of the building but the electrical fire was slightly concerning but it was under control quickly.
