Hotel does not provide basics like water , dental stuff, towels for all members in the room. Can get on calling but water is not given - need to buy from the little market inside the property

Property is good but location...
Positives:
The housekeeping staff was great! Front desk staff could use some tweaking. I enjoyed that everything was cleaned and that it was super convenient for our travels.
Negatives:
The front desk staff could use a bit of training they were pretty nonchalant during my entire experience. Not sure if it was because I could speak French, was gay or was black but it was always off putting.
