But everything in Fairmont is charged. Even the wifi is not free and is charged. The TV shows are charged. I think that the hotel is overhyped.

The Manager Oliver was professional and solved our problem immediately.....Even thought he was extremely busy dealing with other things/people. He made us feel important and took the time to listen and solve the problem. He is a "Keeper" for the Hotel - very pleasant and able to handle all concerns and conflicts and emergency situations promptly, with a smile on his face - making people feel comfortably. I will surely be returning for another stay
