Room needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Stayed 4 nights, couldn’t get towels for all 4nights had to get them each day. Coffee maker didn’t work. Asked for bottom floor no smoking. Had to take a smoking room and there was empty rooms. I booked weeks in advance and asked for bottom floor, no smoking ☹️

Room was a mess. Food was left in fridge. Tried using sink to wash hands and it was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. About 530 called the desk to report it and the girl on phone gave all attitude and all she said was “I don’t know when we will have someone out there”. Never offered a new room out and compensation or nothing. We ended up having to wash hands and brush teeth in tub to keep from overflowing the sink into floor. Seemed like all they did was change bedding and trash bag. I’ve stayed here many times and by far the absolute worst experience. Altho I will probably be back I was highly disappointed in whoever answered the call at about 530 at the desk. I know it was over the phone but her tone made us feel like we was bothering her.
