Can't even give a like at this moment in time.

1st room, 244, had people staying in this room, and the attendant let us know about it really quickly, as they had a pit bull in the room. Imagine if the key worked on this room? 2nd room, 255 didn't have a working door lock or dead bolt for it. I still can't believe it, or describe what I feel about this, as a safety issue being out of town with my family. Lastly, room 103 was clean, so I turned the a/c on, and when I came back with them, the whole room smelled like pot. My 12 year old doesn't want to stay at hotels anymore. Having Bessemer cops there upon arrival, and a whole slew of these there as we got our refund and left, didn't help the situation. I understand people have problems and issues daily, but there are just too many factors to possibly happen in a few weeks. It obviously takes months or longer to show the neglect this property has undergone. It's in a fairly good location, but has the wrong clientele and management operating it for a National Corporation.

Housekeeping staff was great despite being short staffed, and overworked.
Negatives:
My first room was still dirty at check-in due to staff shortage. The 2nd room was ok, but I was disturbed 3 times from several men looking for a specific lady of the night if u catch my drift. The floor was nasty and unclean. Housekeeping did take great care of me though, They made sure I had clean towels fresh out the dryer. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room you had to go to the office to use the only microwave on site. It was very noisy lots of traffic and kids running around at all hours of the night. Not a good place at all will not b staying there again. 1/10

Few employees really work hard some people don't deserve a job an she tried to get me to put $75 deposits down be careful that girl is rudd person I ever meet stays on phone talks loud and bad ... when she sent me an my son to. A room not once but twice curtains were closed she said it was her friend yall please don't do service here I'm getting intouch with health dept pill,condoms ,doing my own plumbing and more is bad 205 722-3518 if you can help me out wi t h right authorities

I have pictures of un humanity for adults or humans to waist they money its impossible to sleep well..washing area is extremely nasty girl at front desk rent u a room with someone in it .. an puts ur name on different rooms at once
