I didn’t like the fact breakfast was advertised and there wasn’t any. We did not get room service, the clerk told us we had to be in the room to get room service. We had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk and get clean towels, and request a second time to receive 2 large dry towels. The toilet lid fell off onto the floor and finally was fixed after a second complaint. The shower curtain was dirty.

I booked an accessible room They gave it to someone else before I arrived.Had to take what they had. I was told they they don't reserve rooms it"s first come first serve. The room was ok but I couldn't use the bath. Had to bath at my friends house. I will not use this motel again. Booking is useless at a first come first motel.

The main reason we selected this hotel was for the price and it included breakfast and had a pool. Once checked in I called about both after not seeing a menu. I was told there's no breakfast and the pool is closed.

Really the only positive thing I have to say about my stay there was the lady at the front desk who checked me in was pleasant and did her job well, I wish I had gotten her name.
Negatives:
The room was clean-ish as well as the bathroom. While taking a shower we had two temperature choices… cold or scalding hot.. the water was literally so hot that when I got out of the shower, my skin looked like I had a sunburn. I could continue listing the small unpleasantries but I’ll just finish up with getting out of bed and slicing the heel of my foot open on the corner of metal bed frame that had previously been damaged and bent outward that left a very sharp piece of metal sticking out which left a nice gash in my heel that took some time to stop the bleeding. Needless to say I then went for a tetanus shot. So that about sums up my disappointing experience at this location.
