They gave away my room even though it was reserved for over two months in advance then when I showed up at 11pm ready to lay down they told me they had no rooms. I slept on the chair in the waiting room until they could find a room for me. Got in. The bed was comfy but it was cold. I turned on heat and went to sleep woke up freezing. Heater didn’t work. Was so cold I could have just slept in my car at same temperature and saved my money.
