The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was very friendly. The suite I stayed in was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was a delightful experience. I especially enjoyed the self-made waffles!
Negatives:
The only minor issue I had was that the shower gel in the bathroom was empty. It might be a good idea for the housekeeping team to double-check this when preparing rooms to ensure guests have all the essentials.

Our room 303 had no good smell! We request to change . We cant so attendant ( Taylor ) promises no charge for this first night and change for another room in the next morning. She didnt. Only in the night we had another room ( this time without ac ) because they havent bottoms to control- BROKE!!! We are waiting for a refund . Carmen Ribeiro
